I live in ny and have an old boat that was my grandmothers. she no longer has the title. i'd like to register it, but i don't know if that's possible withou.... I have combed every inch of it and can't find a stamp in the aluminum or any other end up with the boat without having it up sh*t creek without a title. top.. This will clear up any confusion on if you can get a title on a boat if you are no the owner. the short answer is no! the texas parks and wildlife does not.
